Do you want to get stronger, improve your flexibility, and finally achieve positions like the splits or backbends — while training from the comfort of your home?
My online group sessions are designed to guide you step by step, no matter your level. You’ll train in small, supportive groups, with clear progressions and real-time feedback to keep you motivated and safe.
Throughout the week you can choose between:
- Tuesday at 9:15am: Lower body & core - 45 min session
- Tuesday at 7pm: Middle split & Pancake - 1h
- Thursday at 9:15am Full body strength - 45 min
- Thursday at 7pm: Front split - 1h
- Saturday 10:00am: Mobility quickie - 30 min
- Sunday 10:00am: Backbends & core - 1h
Anyone who wants to get stronger, more flexible, and move pain-free — from beginners to advanced, all levels welcome!
If you’d like to join more than one group but don’t need full access to all sessions, just send me a message on IG (@dilyana_enicharova) and we’ll find the best option for you.
