I’m Didi, a strength & flexibility coach who loves handstands, weightlifting  and gymnastic-style training. Whether you’re chasing your first inversion or simply want to get stronger, I’ll guide you with smart progressions and movement that feels good. I also specialize in supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum, helping them rebuild strength, confidence, and connection with their bodies.

What is it?

Work on bodyweight strength and mobility live through Zoom with me. Each session has a different Focus  - Middle split & Pancake ; Front split; Backbends & Core; Lower body strengt & Core and Full body strength. Sessions are all level friendly. You receive a recording of each session you sign up for.
