I don’t believe in sticking to dogmas—instead, I combine different approaches like bodyweight strength, flexibility training, weightlifting, and skill-building to deliver the best results. Whether it’s handbalancing, mastering splits, or even juggling, I love coaching unique skills to keep your training fresh and engaging.
I also specialize in supporting moms through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, helping them reconnect with their bodies, regain strength, and thrive during this transformative time.

My personalised programs are based on your goals, your time availability and your access to equipment. My approach combines strength training, mobility work, different types of stretching.
You can always start with minimal equipement such as a pair of yoga blocks and eventually upgrade by getting weights or gym access. The more available tools you have, the better.

- Skill work such as juggling and hand balancing for beginners/ intermediates
- Back bending elements such as gymnastic bridge, kickovers, chest stand progressions / lunges with backbend
- General upper body strength - pull ups, pushing strength (push ups/ dips/ overhead press/ handstand push up progressions)
- General lower body strength (weighted squats/ pistol squats/ deadlift)

I’m not a licensed rehab specialist, but with years of experience working with people, I’ve learned that dealing with injuries is often unavoidable. My priority is ensuring that my clients stay happy and healthy, and I always take a sensible approach to help them recover and heal while continuing to make progress.

• For clients with more than one goal, this plan provides comprehensive coaching tailored to multiple objectives.

• Signing up for 18 weeks (3 consecutive 6-week plans) gives you a 10% discount on the total cost.
